Hello,
I would try to help you with your issue. In your last posts about 4 hours ago you mentioned that
This problem started when I removed the primary hard drive cover and clean the internal parts with a blower, I didn't extracted nothing, only the cover
The issue seems hardware related because of this, perhaps something went wrong when you did this. Generally speaking only technicians in HP authorized service centers should do such things because they are aware of all the things in the HP computers.
I would recommend you bring your machine to the nearest HP Authorized service center and let the technicians check it. It may be or may not be hardware related.
If it is software related, I would recommend you use the recovery as already mentioned above.
If hardware related - the technicians can fix it for you.
If you are not sure where such a center is located, contact HP support and ask for the location -> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
P.S.
I sincerely apologise for the delay in response but HP experts (HP employees and non-employees) and any other user post here in the forum in their free time as volunteers. I am in EMEA time zone and I was very busy yesterday.
Best wishes,IT_WinSec
