Booting problem

i have a Hp 2000 note book, i3 system with 2.4Ghz.

it come with 500GB HDD..(C: /450GB n D: recovery 15GB).

i was tried to create a new partition in my system, the i install partition software, and split the C partion inti Two new partitions, and action apply Button clicked,thensystem restart and make partitioned, then restart system again by itself and

now they are not booting windows, restart again and again, plz hepl me the step by step instructions
