Re: i couldnt find any drivers for windows 8

The first thing to do is use Windows snipping tool in Windows 7 to capture the devices that make up your notebook. This way you won't have to through the hassle of getting the hardware ids for every device when Windows 8 is installed.

I did this for my current HP product loan Envy Spectre 13t-3000 CTO Touchsmart Ultrabook in the two images below.

Spectre_DevMan2.PNG Once you have done that, you know what is installed. You also know by looking at the image, which manufacturer's websites you need to visit to try to find the Windows 8 drivers for the devices. You can also post the images here so we can help you find the drivers.

You also need to share which chipset and CPU is in your notebook. Share  the version of Windows 8 (32 or 64-bit) you will be installing with us as well.
