Re: Windows 7 Drivers

Hi, Pete:

HP does not support your model for W7, so you will have to find drivers from other business notebooks with similar hardware that are supported for W7 by HP.

Most if not all of the drivers from this model should work on yours with the exeption of the audio.

DO NOT USE ANY BIOS OR FIRMWARE DOWNLOADS FROM THIS LINK

Audio:  Accept the agreement, download and install the second driver on the list (for W7 x64).

Make your set of W8 recovery media first before installing W7. Once W7 is installed, the recovery partition will most likely no longer function.  More info on how to make recovery media is below.

You will also need to change a BIOS setting in order to install and run W7.
